The very best 🙌💯 she really knows what she’s doing, very helpful always hardworking, puts here clients first

I worked with Rica from start to finish of my home buying process, and literally went through putting in offers on multiple properties that I personally felt like wasn’t suited for me or just didn’t workout, all in the timeframe of October of 2023 through April 2024 (6 months), let me tell you I could not have asked for a better Realtor to go through this entire process with, I WOULD NOT have found my current property which I closed on (April 2, 2024) without her help and encouragement, I got discouraged so many times due to my own standards and expectations and flat out changed my mind about buying at one point (being a real estate agent is not for the weak) but she supported me through every decision I made and there’s not enough gratitude in the world to show how much I appreciate her. During my entire home buying process she was managing an injury she has and to be honest I forget she was even injured it never came got in the way of anything and she showed up for me when she could, and when she needed to, she was attentive, knowledgeable, went out of her way to find out information for me, and just went above and beyond with everything, I felt like she was right there next to me the entire time and I was purchasing from out of state. Please go and experience for yourself how prestigious of an agent she is and you’ll be glad you did.
